Indestructible Pastry

Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour

1t. salt

1 c. shortening.

1 egg

5 T. of water

1 T. vinegar

Directions

Combine sifted flour and salt
Cut in shortening.
Beat egg with water and vinegar.
Add to flour-shortening mixture.
Mix lightly and chill (keeps for several days in refrigerator).
Makes 2 pie crusts.
